Train Station Fitness

Like some of the world's most successful ventures (Apple, Microsoft and Amazon), in 2015 Chris started building his dream business from his home garage. Train Station Fitness was officially born in 2016 and is now a place for clients to have fun and work towards their health, wellness and fitness goals. Chris has built an engaged online community under the Train Station Fitness brand, and now coaches worldwide.

As a critical care registered nurse Chris has witnessed many diseases, disabilities and deaths from poor lifestyle choices and habits. He felt the industry needed a more holistic approach to lifestyle factors and personal habits in addition to exercise and nutrition. This is what inspired Chris to create the TSF Program. It's comprehensive in nature, covering goal setting, mindset, regulation, diet, movement and rest to help individuals to create a rock solid foundation of wellness.

Social Media Management

Chris has a thorough knowledge of social media and can work with your brand to maximise engagement and visibility. Chris is an amateur photographer and videographer and uses these skills to create quality content within all budgets. Previous and current clients include Northern Territory Tourism, The Break Room and Doncaster Mini Garage.

“Chris was an absolutely pleasure to work with to help grow our instagram presence. His focus on creating great content paired with his know-how of instagram as a platform helped us grow our following, understand them better, and put our best foot forward.” Ed Hunter (The Break Room - Founder)
